Theodore Pappas, State Director NILICO

 Theodore has been with National Income since April of 2001. He quickly moved up the ranks to their top management position in that same year.  He was the top producing manager out of his office until his promotion to State Director in February of 2006.  In that time he has exceeded all expectations of a State Director and was given the honor of being appointed to the Executive Council of American and National Income Life in 2008.  He has been on the executive council for back to back years with his average growth in his agency of over 70% a year since he has been appointed as a director.

 Over the years he has not only promoted managers within his agency that have gone onto great careers with the company, but has also as of recently, been entered and honored into the Legacy Club.  This award has just been given out to a select few Directors that have achieved the ultimate goal.  Duplicating themselves and promoting one of their top level managers to the new title of State Director.  The Pappas agency is surely one of growth and opportunity and has been for every one working under Theodore Pappas since he has been with the company.

 This career has given not only me but my family the opportunity of a life time.  I strive to make sure that this opportunity is passed onto all of the people that work for me, and come aboard to my agency.  This opportunity with National Income and the Pappas agency is truly one of growth and prosperity for the right person.  We all have control of our future and can make sure that we truly make the money that we are worth along with the growth we need within our own careers.  I look forward to continuing my career and expanding the careers of those I am fortunate enough to come into contact with.
